NES Green Noise

about

Potentially the final entry in the series of NES Colored Noises I'll be making (although I might do more, especially on request). This green noise version is the one that most mirrors the sound of nature. You might notice that it sounds similar to a downpour of rain. This is because, like a downpour, it is mostly audio in the center of the human frequency spectrum. In other words, there isn't much high or low end, but lots of middle frequencies. That makes it a great sound to relax or focus to if you don't like bass heavy sounds but also find white noise to be too harsh. Because this is made from NES noise, you'll still hear the characteristic 8-bit distortion typical of old Nintendo sound effects. Sleep or relax to the video game nostalgia!
